Lindsey DeCicco hereby agrees to perform portrait services or videography for the below-mentioned clients. The services shall be performed on the date + time below. The photographer and client agree to the following terms and conditions: The client agrees to pay a sitting fee in the amount of $ 150 to reserve the below-listed date and time. This fee is non-refundable as the client is taking space on the schedule that would be otherwise filled by another client. This sitting fee does not and will not be applied to purchase of any media, prints, etc.
If the Photographer cannot perform photography services due to sickness, other casualty, act of God or other causes beyond the control of Lindsey DeCicco, then the Photographer shall reschedule the portrait session as soon as possible. In the event that Lindsey DeCicco cannot perform the portrait session completely, we will gladly credit any and all paid fees back to the client.
Under no circumstances shall Lindsey DeCicco be held liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
In the event the Client cancels the photography session more than 3 days prior to the scheduled session, Lindsey DeCicco shall credit all monies toward the sitting fees for a newly arranged date. In the event the Client is more than 15 minutes late for scheduled session, Client will be charged a $25 fee and time will not be made up.
The Client is responsible for additional fees and costs related to location choice such as parking or admission fees. There will also be additional fees for travel outside 30 miles from 46545.
Lindsey DeCicco reserves all creative rights for choosing which images will be presented to the client and removing any undesirable images from the collection. RAW or original unedited files are property of Lindsey DeCicco and will not be provided to client.
