Being included in this showcase feels surreal in the very best way.
When I found out I was named First Runner Up for FilmingLife Academy’s Artist of the Year, I genuinely couldn’t believe it. I honestly wasn’t even sure I had submitted projects for the entire year — life gets busy, and motherhood + business + creativity can blur together so quickly.
But this community?
It has been one of the greatest gifts in my journey as a filmmaker and photographer. The encouragement, the inspiration, the way it pushes me to grow and create with more intention… it has changed everything for me.
