When Allie and Ian reached out for family photos at Notre Dame University, I couldn’t have been more excited. From their engagement session years ago to their growing family, capturing these special moments in their favorite place was absolutely perfect!

This Notre Dame Fan family photo session was all about celebrating a family’s love for the university and the atmosphere that comes with it! From iconic landmarks like Touchdown Jesus and the Golden Dome to the memories made during their trip, this session captured it all.

A new challenge is always good, right? This session was a little different than a normal session for me. This family wanted to take pictures at Notre Dame because Dad was graduating with his PhD after 5 years of hard work. So the campus became almost like a 5th member of the group. Certain special places were just as important as the family pictures. While I usually tell people not to worry about the backgrounds, that beautiful pictures are possible in a parking lot if the light is right and connections are there… this time I wanted to make sure I got those great pictures and the right backgrounds for the family.
