First Communion | Mishawaka Family Photographer

Occasionally, being a family photographer means taking part in the rites of passage that the LDP community hold dear. This week, I met this cutie-face family at St. Joe Catholic Church in Mishawaka to commemorate little E’s First Communion.

During big brother’s communion portraits, we snuck in some photos of this little thing, so this time he jumped in with her, too. It’s not every day your family dressed to the 9’s, so let’s take advantage of it! These two are sweet together. They even practiced their dance because they remembered doing that last time with me. So stinking cute. Can’t you see the picture of them sitting on the steps about 15 years from now when they are getting ready for one of their weddings? Same faces, same laughter, same closeness? I can see it for sure.

For fun, let’s look back in time at Big Bro’s! I LOVE growing with my LDP families. Being made part of these traditions and ceremonies is an honor and a joy.
