Urban Senior Photos and Videography in Elkhart, Indiana
You know what makes senior pictures way WAY more fun? Adding a video package. A colleague in Minnesota inspired me so much with her senior portrait and videography sessions… I simply had to add it to my repertoire.
These sessions scream senior year to me. When I work with high school seniors, I see a life brimming with opportunity, optimism, hope and excitement. What better way to capture all those feelings? Video! Fun music! Personality!
These sessions are a smidge longer than a normal senior session. We meet for about 2 hours, which gives us plenty of time for you to change a couple times, get amazing portraits (no skimping on pictures!), plus enough video to create a super fun film for your memories. Let’s celebrate you and all you’ve accomplished!
Downtown Elkhart, Indiana
If you have a teenager who is ready for senior pictures, one of the first things to consider is the look your son or daughter likes. This will point us to the right location for the shoot. Hands down, one of my favorite places to take Senior Pictures is Downtown Elkhart. It’s a short drive from the South Bend area and full of great backdrops and textures for showing off your senior. Bonus! If it isn’t quite green and blooming out (think an early spring, late fall or even winter shoot), an urban look doesn’t suffer. The textures and light bounce around great without “needing” that foliage that other locations do.
Details I’m Loving
I loved how well Rhylie paired her outfit with the urban look. Her ripped jeans, sunnies and sneakers were perfect! Then, we found a great color background to compliment her dressier outfit. Don’t you think?
Ahh! I love it so much. Senior videography just really ups the game, and Downtown Elkhart is the perfect complimentary location, if you ask me. If your student loves this look, I strongly recommend an urban location for pictures. Mishawaka, Goshen and South Bend have great spots, too, but my vote is Elkhart all day.
